"Ergoguys is an excellent online business. Service above and beyond the rest. I had trouble placing my order. I was only able to place 1 item in my cart. If I added another item the cart would delete the 1st item and add the 2nd. I ended up placing 2 individual orders. Shortly after placing my order I recieved a phone call from the merchant inquiring as to why I had not put both items on 1 order seeing that the items were going to the same address and had been oredered within 5 minutes of each other. I explained the problem with the shopping cart accepting mutiple items. They said they would investigate the shopping cart problem and would ship both items together so I wouldnt have to pay the extra shipping charge of shipping them seperately. They didnt have to call me. They could have just taken my money. they notice something was odd and followed up with me to correct the problem. This is the 1st and only buisiness that has shown me this kind of service to their customer. I will definately do business with Ergoguys again in the future. I looked on several different online companies as well as catalog stores. One of my Teachers found the Web site of Ergo Guys for me during this search. My goals were desks that were made of quality materials, appropriate for children and looked great in the classrooms. I also wanted them to be able to hold two computers safely and something that was ergonomically correct for the posture of the children. I wanted to purchase desks that were of good quality that would last for years to come.
I ended up purchasing 6 desks from Ergo Guys. Two desks to hold 2 computers each, (3 to 5 year olds) then 2 to hold one each.(2 year olds)
The customer service was wonderful as well. The desks were shipped in a timely manner and not one of the desks were damaged. We lost a package of screws for one of the smaller desks and they shipped the replacements to us fast as well as no costs to us.
